At some point in your life, you must have wondered whether you had the best hairstyle for you. How to get the right hairstyle? Really, there is no straight forward answer to this question. But of course, based on your facial features, hair type and your physique, will help lead you to the question.

 

First, recognize your face shape, is it round, oval, square, ablong or heart shaped if you are female, or oval, round triangular, square pear shaped if you are male? In hair and fashion industries, the face shape is the basis for determining the most flattering cut and hairstyle for an individual. The face shape is also taken into consideration when deciding whether to add facial hair like beads, mustaches or sideburns.

 

Next, observe your defining features because it is the shape of your nose, lips, eyes or chin that differentiates you from someone who may have a similar face shape. For instance, if you are blessed with bewitching eyes, you may do better with a hairstyle that runs against the standard for your face shape. On the other hand, if you have a round face, a wavy, voluminous chin-length hairstyle can be unflattering as the puffy, curly texture could accentuate the shape of your face.

 

 

Body and hairstyle, there’s your height and build to consider. Lady with small in stature should avoid overly long, heavy hairstyles as these could make their heads look too big for their bodies. Likewise, men who happen to be short in stature to wear their hair upwards from the top of their head to add the illusion of a little more height.

 

Lastly, be realistic! Why? Nice hairstyle will logically need to spend more time to maintain. So think about how much time do you have to spend on your hair in the morning? Are you proficient with a hairdryer or do you let your hair dry naturally? What kind of hair styling tools you used for your hair etc?
